How We’re Keeping the Office Safe
- Telehealth is being offered when appropriate
- Temperature check using infrared technology upon arrival for all patients and staff
- Patients receive paperwork electronically to reduce the use of office iPads and paperwork
- All patients brought directly into a consult or procedure room
- All rooms thoroughly cleaned after each patient
- Heightened disinfectant protocols throughout office
- Patients to wear a mask to the office; bring second clean mask to use after your procedure
- Family and friends to wait outside the office; minors may be accompanied by one adult
- Designated COVID19 safety officer ensures all standards are maintained
- Patient screening questionnaire 24 to 72 hours prior to all visits
- Decreased number of patients seen in office daily
- Patients preferring to wait in the car are texted when ready
- Hand sanitizer dispensers available in each room
- One-way patient flow system throughout office
- No handshakes or hugs at this time
- For surgical patients:
- Testing for Coronavirus before every surgery within 72 hours of procedure
- All patients must practice social distancing for three days prior to procedure
All CDC guidelines are followed
- Patient screening questionnaire 24 hours prior to all visits
- Staggered breaks for all staff to minimize contact
- Decreased number of patients seen in office daily
- No walk-ins accepted
